These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of TV Track. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
TV Track is a web application that allows you to track TV series and movies, manage your watchlist, receive notifications, and interact with other users. Basic features are free; Premium features require a paid subscription.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old to use the service. Notify us immediately at contact@tv-track.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
You agree not to: use the service for unlawful purposes; attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts; scrape, reverse engineer, or overload the service; upload malicious content; impersonate others; or harass other users. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
Premium subscriptions are billed through Stripe. Prices, billing frequency, and trial periods are displayed at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can manage or cancel your subscription through the Stripe customer portal accessible from your account settings. Refunds are handled in accordance with applicable consumer law and our refund policy displayed at checkout.
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of subscription purchase, unless you expressly request immediate access to digital content and acknowledge that you lose your withdrawal right once delivery begins, as permitted under Directive 2011/83/EU.
TV Track and its original content, features, and design are owned by TV Track and protected by intellectual property laws. Media metadata and images are provided by third parties (e.g. TMDB) and remain their property. You retain ownership of content you submit (e.g. profile bio) but grant us a license to display it within the service.
Our processing of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By using TV Track, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy.
We strive to keep TV Track available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
You may delete your account at any time by contacting contact@tv-track.com. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases. Provisions that by their nature should survive (e.g. liability, intellectual property) will remain in effect.
These Terms are governed by the laws of France and applicable European Union regulations, including the GDPR and consumer protection directives. If you are an EU consumer, you benefit from mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence. Disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of France, without prejudice to your right to bring proceedings in your country of residence.
We may update these Terms. We will notify you of material changes at least 30 days before they take effect via email or in-app notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
